Welcome to the "Bharat Ka Megastar" Online Talent Hunt Show. By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals of all age groups.
• If a contestant is a minor (below 18 years of age), their participation is subject to submitting valid age proof and obtaining parental or legal guardian consent for participation.
• Employees, relatives, or associates of the organizing committee and the judges are not eligible to participate.

Audition Submission:

• Contestants must submit their audition videos in the prescribed format as specified by the organizers.
• Audition videos should be original and should not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
• Submission of false information or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.

Promotion of Content by Contestants :

• Contestants can share their videos in any social media handles of their own.
• Contestants can appeal for video watch & likes in their social media posts.
• Contestants should not promote videos through paid/inorganic campaigns. If found to be doing so, his/her candidature may be rejected.
• Contestants should not take any unethical approach for promoting their video.

Prize Proposition of candidates :

• Winner will receive a cash prize of 5 lacs rupees from Bharat Ka Megastar.
• Winner will also have an opportunity to get gift hampers from our sponsors amounting to a maximum of 5 lacs rupees.
• 1st Runner-Up will receive a cash prize of 2.5 lacs rupees from Bharat Ka Megastar.
• 1st Runner-Up will also have an opportunity to get gift hampers from our sponsors amounting to a maximum of 2.5 lacs rupees.
• 2nd Runner-Up will receive a cash prize of 1 lacs rupees from Bharat Ka Megastar.
• 2nd Runner-Up will also have an opportunity to get gift hampers from our sponsors amounting to a maximum of 1 lacs rupees.
• Winner, 1st Runner-Up & 2nd Runner-Up may also get opportunity to cast themselves in Bharat Ka Megastar's own productions and those of other production houses.
• Prizes and awards will be announced by the organizers before or during the show.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel prizes based on unforeseen circumstances.

Judging Process:

• Audition tapes will be evaluated by our internal panel of experienced judges.
• The judging process will be fair and unbiased, based on talent, creativity, and originality displayed in the audition video.
• The decision of the judges is final and cannot be contested.

Registration and Participation:

• Registration for the talent hunt show is valid for the current season only.
• Contestants may re-register for subsequent seasons if they wish to participate again.
• Multiple registrations using the same or different identities will lead to disqualification.

Intellectual Property:

• Contestants retain ownership of their audition videos but grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Contestants shall not submit videos that contain any material which infringes upon the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyrighted music, images, or trademarks.

How are we getting a Bharat Ka Megastar?:

• Contestants need to register themselves on the BKM platform.
• Upload their talent on the BKM platform.
• You will get a Youtube link containing your video.
• Share it as much as possible on social media platforms and among your contacts.
• Maximum number of Likes and Views determine the top performers.
• While judging, 75% of the Likes and Views from Youtube is considered for ranking.
• While judging, 25% of the marks given by the judges to your performance is considered for ranking.
• Based on the ranking, Top 10% performers in each category will be selected for Round 2 Audition.
• Here the same process will be followed as Round 1 Audition.
• Here also, based on the above process, the Top 30 performers in each category will be selected for the Final Round Audition.
• The Top 30 participants for each category will be provided a topic for which they need to perform on stage in front of the judges panel.
• Out of the Top 30 participants for each category, the winner, 1st Runner-up and the 2nd Runner-Up will be selected for each category.

Liability and Indemnification:

• Contestants are responsible for their own actions and submissions.
• The organizers and judges shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by contestants during or after the competition.
• Contestants agree to indemnify and hold the organizers harmless from any claims or demands arising out of their participation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Contestants will be notified of any changes via the official communication channels.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Indian territory
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

By participating in the "Bharat Ka Megastar" Online Talent Hunt Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
